Interesting how it all tied together in the end. I totally missed that...usually I'm better at catching things. I think it was a measure of how unengaged I was with the book.

Have you seen the movie? My freshman year of college I went to this women's college where they made us read Virgina Wolf's "A Room of One's Own." Having gone deep into the world of Virginia Wolf, I think (I haven't read the Hours, only seen the movie- but LOVE it)...my appreciation for the story is because of my love for the work and life of Virgina Wolf.
ReplyDeleteThat story was VERY meaningful to me when I was in college. I wrote a big paper about it. As a young wife with a baby and one on the way, I could definitely identify with it.
